Hello, I’m Leonie, I’m almost ten years old and I live in Colligny, a small village in France. I was diagnosed with 22q11 syndrome at the age of 26 months because I had a lot of developmental delay. Today, I have a big support, I go to school only in the morning cause I am suffering of delay in learning but I am waiting for an MEI (Medical-educational instituteI or IME in french).
Currently, I have a big scoliosisI and I was plastered from September to April 2023. More over, I was also diagnosed 22q11 with ASD (autism spectrum disorder). I have a lot of trouble pronouncing certain sounds but I’m brave, I do not let myself down.
